Dali in Wonderland

Since its 1865 publication, Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland has been printed in several illustrated editions and adapted to animated series and movies. Most people associate the initial publication of Alice with the John Tenniel illustrations that appeared in the first edition, but in 1969, Salvador Dali created is own “trippy” interpretation for Lewis Carroll’s emblematic book.

“Down the Rabbit Hole” and  “The Pool of Tears”

“A Caucus Race and a Long Tale” and “The Rabbit Sends in a Little Bill”

“Advice from a Catterpillar” and “Pig and Pepper”

“A Mad Tea Party” and “The Queen’s Croquet Ground”

“The Mock Turtle’s Story” and “The Lobster Quadrille”

“Who Stole the Tarts” and “Alice’s Evidence”
